Who is behind Rollteer Hub

The company. The context. The reason this exists.

Rollteer LLC

Rollteer Hub is a product of Rollteer LLC, an active transportation company operating in the United States with an MC number and DOT authority. We are not a software company that decided to build for trucking — we are a trucking company that built its own software because nothing else solved our real problems.

Rollteer LLC operates commercial trucks. We manage loads, drivers, fuel, maintenance, and cash flow. Every feature inside Rollteer Hub was designed around workflows we use daily in our own operation.

That distinction matters. When you use this platform, you are using tools that were validated against actual freight operations — not a product spec written by people who have never dispatched a load.

The problem we set out to solve

Most trucking operations in the U.S. are run on spreadsheets, WhatsApp chats, and memory. The result is predictable.

No real-time visibility into your fleet

Loads and trips tracked in spreadsheets or not at all

Fuel costs untracked, eating into margin silently

No clear picture of per-truck profitability

Communication gaps between owners, dispatchers, and drivers

No centralized operational record across the fleet

The trucking industry moves hundreds of billions of dollars in freight every year. Yet the internal management of most small and mid-size carriers runs on informal systems that can't scale, can't report, and can't catch problems early. Owners lose money not because the loads aren't there — but because the operation has no visibility into where the money goes.

Who this is for

Rollteer Hub is not built for enterprise logistics corporations. It is built for operators.

Fleet Owners

You own the trucks and need to know what each one is generating — or costing you.

Owner Operators

Solo operators who need professional tools without the enterprise overhead.

Small Carriers

Growing carriers with 2–20 trucks who need to centralize operations fast.

Internal Dispatchers

Dispatch teams managing multiple drivers and loads simultaneously.

If you operate commercial trucks in the U.S. and you don't have a clear, real-time picture of what each truck is generating — Rollteer Hub was built specifically for your situation.

Why this is different

The actual differentiator — not a marketing claim.

Built from operational reality

Most SaaS tools for trucking are built by developers who interviewed a few trucking companies and shipped a generic platform. The result is software that looks reasonable on a demo but breaks down the moment you put a real operation into it.

Rollteer Hub was not designed from interviews. It was designed from the inside of an active operation — one that faces the same problems you face: drivers who don't report, fuel receipts that get lost, loads that don't get reconciled, weeks that end without knowing if the business made money.

Every field in this system exists because we needed it. Every report was built because we couldn't run our own operation without it. That is the only product philosophy that produced this tool.

The story behind the project

Where this came from — no embellishments.

From Cuba to U.S. trucking

The founder of Rollteer started in Cuba — working in mechanics, vehicle restoration, and small business operations from an early age. That background built a practical understanding of machinery, logistics, and what it means to keep something running under constraints.

After migrating to the United States, the next chapter was trucking. Not as an investor. As an operator — learning the industry from the ground up, building Rollteer LLC into an active carrier with MC authority and real freight operations.

The same problems that every small carrier faces became obvious quickly. There was no system that fit the actual workflow. The options were either too expensive, too complex, built for large fleets, or simply not designed around how trucking operations actually run day to day.

Rollteer Hub was the internal solution before it became a product. It was built to run our own company — then refined into something that other operators could use.

There is no venture capital behind this. No large team. No offices. Just an operator who needed a tool, built it, and made it available to others in the same situation.

Where we are going

The roadmap is driven by operational need — not feature velocity.

Vision

The goal is not to build the biggest trucking software platform. The goal is to build the most useful one for the operators who actually need it — small and mid-size carriers in the U.S. who are running real equipment and need real numbers.

Short term: deeper analytics, better mobile access, IFTA fuel reporting integration, and ELD data sync for carriers that need compliance tooling alongside operational management.

Long term: a unified operational layer that connects load tracking, cost accounting, compliance, and communication — so that running a fleet of 1 to 50 trucks is as manageable as running a desk.

Everything on the roadmap comes from real carrier pain. If you operate trucks and have feedback, we read it. The product exists because someone was paying attention to the problems. That does not change.

Rollteer Hub is not just software. It is a tool built from inside an active trucking operation — by the same people who deal with the same problems you deal with every week.

That is not a positioning statement. It is just the truth about where this product came from and why it was built the way it was.
