Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Rollteer Hub, the fleet management platform operated by Rollteer LLC. Please read them carefully before creating an account or using any part of the service.

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise accessing Rollteer Hub (hub.rollteer.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the platform on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use Rollteer Hub. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Rollteer LLC, a Limited Liability Company registered in the United States.

These Terms apply to all users of the platform including account administrators, operators, and any individuals whose data is processed through the platform (such as drivers).

Description of Service

Rollteer Hub is a cloud-based fleet management platform designed for commercial trucking operators. The platform provides the following core features, the availability of which may vary by subscription plan:

Load Management

Create and track freight loads, operational periods, routes, and delivery status.

Fleet Management

Manage trucks, trailers, and drivers including registration, status tracking, and assignment.

Financial Analytics

Calculate revenue, expenses, fuel costs, profit margins, and generate financial reports.

Document Hub

Upload, store, tag, and retrieve fleet documents with AI-assisted organization on eligible plans.

WhatsApp Center

Send and receive WhatsApp messages with drivers directly from the platform.

Live Fleet Map

Visualize active truck locations and load routes via Google Maps integration.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable prior notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.

Accounts & Access

To use Rollteer Hub, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete registration information. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your password and account credentials
  • Be fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately at support@rollteer.com of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Not share your account credentials with any third party
  • Not create more than one account per person without express written permission

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. By registering, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

Administrator Accounts: Accounts designated as "Admin" have elevated access to platform settings, user management, integration configuration, and all operational data. Administrators are responsible for managing access permissions within their organization and ensuring all users comply with these terms.

Plans & Billing

Subscription Plans

Rollteer Hub is offered under multiple subscription tiers, each with different feature limits and capabilities. Current plan details, pricing, and feature comparisons are available at hub.rollteer.com/pricing. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice.

Free Plan

A free tier is available with limited features and data capacity. Free plan usage is subject to the same terms as paid plans. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free tier at any time with 30 days' notice.

Payment Terms

  • All paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle, as selected at checkout
  • Payment is processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method on each billing cycle
  • All fees are stated in USD and are non-refundable except as expressly set forth in our Refund Policy
  • If a payment fails, we will attempt to collect payment up to 3 times over 7 days before suspending the account
  • Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your use of the service

Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial billing periods. For annual subscriptions cancelled within 14 days of the renewal date, a refund may be issued at our sole discretion. Contact support@rollteer.com for refund requests.

Acceptable Use

Rollteer Hub is provided exclusively for legitimate commercial fleet management purposes. You agree to use the platform only for:

  • Managing your trucking fleet operations, loads, drivers, and finances
  • Communicating with your drivers via the integrated WhatsApp messaging system for work-related purposes
  • Storing and organizing legitimate fleet documents and business records
  • Generating financial reports and analytics for your fleet operations
  • Purposes that comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with applicable transportation regulations, employment laws, data protection regulations, and any other laws relevant to your business operations.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:

Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform, other accounts, or our infrastructure
Using the platform to transmit spam, fraudulent communications, or unsolicited messages to drivers or third parties
Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of any part of the platform
Uploading or transmitting malware, viruses, or any malicious code
Using automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to access the platform without express written permission
Misrepresenting your identity, affiliation, or the nature of your business to Rollteer LLC
Using the platform to facilitate any illegal activity, including transportation of prohibited goods
Reselling, sublicensing, or otherwise commercializing access to the platform without authorization
Circumventing plan limits or billing systems through any technical or non-technical means
Storing or transmitting content that is defamatory, obscene, or violates any third-party intellectual property rights

Data & Ownership

Your Data

You retain full ownership of all data you input into Rollteer Hub, including load records, driver information, financial data, and uploaded documents. You grant Rollteer LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

Data Export

You may export your data at any time from within the platform. Upon account cancellation, you have 30 days to export your data before it is permanently deleted. After this period, data may be irrecoverable.

Platform Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in Rollteer Hub — including its software, design, algorithms, trademarks, and branding — are the exclusive property of Rollteer LLC. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to use our intellectual property beyond what is necessary to use the platform as described herein.

Aggregated Analytics

We may use anonymized, aggregated, non-personally-identifiable data derived from platform usage to improve our services, develop new features, and generate industry benchmarks. This data does not identify you or your business.

Limitation of Liability

Disclaimer of Warranties

Rollteer Hub is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rollteer LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
  • Loss of data or data corruption
  • Business interruption or operational downtime
  • Damages resulting from errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in platform data
  • Damages arising from unauthorized access to your account

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising from or related to your use of Rollteer Hub shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Rollteer LLC in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Disputes & Governing Law

Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at admin@rollteer.com. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 30 days of receiving your notice.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to binding arbitration or the exclusive jurisdiction of applicable courts.

Waiver of Class Actions

To the extent permitted by law, you agree that any disputes will be resolved on an individual basis and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, or representative action.

Termination

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@rollteer.com or through the account settings within the platform. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any prepaid fees.

Termination by Rollteer LLC

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if we determine in our sole discretion that:

  • You have violated these Terms of Service or our Acceptable Use Policy
  • Your account is being used for fraudulent or illegal activities
  • Your payment has failed and cannot be collected after multiple attempts
  • Continued provision of the service poses a risk to other users or to our infrastructure

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to access and use the platform immediately ceases. Your data will be retained for 30 days following termination to allow for data export, after which it will be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' advance notice via:

  • Email notification to your registered account email address
  • A prominent notice displayed within the Rollteer Hub dashboard
  • An updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this page

Your continued use of Rollteer Hub after the effective date of the revised terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you must cancel your account before the effective date.
